Our fee at a glance

For a sale price of €500,000 buyer's costs:

What do you get for this fee?

During the process

  • You pay nothing upfront.
  • We advance all costs for presentation and promotion.
  • You have complete insight: you track all offers and appointments via our online dashboard and WhatsApp group.

After selling your home

  • The commission invoice and presentation package costs are sent directly to the notary.
  • On the day of completion (transfer at the notary), these amounts are automatically settled in the settlement statement.
  • You receive an overview from the notary showing exactly what you receive and which amounts are deducted (such as our commission).

Clarity upfront

  • We discuss the expected sale proceeds upfront and show you what this means concretely for the commission.
  • So you know where you stand before you sign.

What if your home doesn't sell?

Want to terminate the sale mandate early? You can do so at any time, with a 14-day notice period. We work entirely on a no fee unless successful basis. This means:

  • Home doesn't sell? You receive no commission invoice from us.
  • Withdraw the mandate early? We also don't charge commission.

We have complete confidence in this approach because we know we deliver results. No fee unless successful isn't a marketing term for us—it's how we've worked for years.

What happens to the presentation package if you withdraw?

We invest in a full presentation package: photography, video, NEN2580 report, floor plans, and a unique property website. These materials are specifically developed to promote your home. If you withdraw the mandate, you have two options:

1. You stop the sale and take nothing over

  • You pay no commission.
  • You're not required to purchase the presentation package.
  • The materials we created remain with us.

2. You stop the sale but want to keep the presentation

  • You can choose to take over the complete presentation package from us for €1,000 including VAT.
  • After payment, all materials and rights are fully your property and free to use, for example if you later decide to sell via another route.

It's a non-binding choice, nothing is mandatory. We find it important that you can decide for yourself whether you find this investment appropriate at that moment.
